I guess I've been neglecting this, as I've been too busy to attend this on the Holidays. Nothing exciting really, just no time for the blog.
Anyways, two nights ago I went out for a night shoot with two other people. We wanted to catch the lights in Confederation Park, but of course the moment I got out of the car the lights went out (I have crappy luck). So instead we wandered around. It's unbelievable how dead Ottawa is that late at night. Well that is of course until you cross the street with full pedestrian privileges (the light was on for me) and get screamed at by some frustrated women who wants to turn where you are crossing. And you would think that at two in the morning, someone driving downtown Ottawa wouldn't be in that much of a hurry.
In any case, I was thoroughly happy with this shot. Love it. It was the only thing that prevented me from going totally crazy when I noticed spots on the picture due do dirt of some nature on my sensor. Fortunately, sports were easily taken out in photoshop and I managed to clean the sensor without having to pay 100$...
