Tulip fever

It was back in March and winter was still going strong. I had enough with the snow and not so sunny weather.
Had to get some store bought spring and tulips were the easiest fix to find. At one point, a little light shone through the windows and really beautifully lit the flowers. Had to snap some shots.

Back in February I had started the 365 days self portrait project on flickr. I'm now close to being 150 days in. When I bought the tulips, it was closer to day 20. Feeling a bit uninspired that day, I figured I'd feature the flowers my self portrait.
